Christmas Tuneage

What I'm listening to, in no particular order:

  • Gary Glitter "Another Rock and Roll Christmas"
  • Jars of Clay "Little Drummer Boy"
  • George Michael "Last Christmas" [Hillary Duff? Hell no]
  • Band Aid "Do They Know It's Christmas?" [doubt it guys, since it's Africa and they probably don't celebrate it there - nice thought, though]
  • Johnny Mathis "Sleigh Ride" [Mathis is, in my opinion, the undisputed master of Christmas music]
  • Frank Sinatra "Let It Snow"
  • Bing Crosby "Winter Wonderland" [Bing and Frank are second only to Mathis]
  • Jewel "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" [don't knock it if you haven't heard it - my favorite version ever]
  • Barenaked Ladies and Sarah MacLachlan "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen"
  • Sting "I Saw Three Ships"
  • SheDaisy "What Child Is This?"
  • The Muppets and John Denver "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" [really just for Animal yelling "WON'T GO!"]
and, of course,
  • U2 "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)"
